Approximate Shipping Time:

Once you place your order and complete your payment, it takes 24 hours to process and ship out your order. In the event that the product is out of stock, we will let you know the new estimated shipping time. You may choose to wait or cancel your order.

You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

You will receive expedited shipping service provided by USPS First-Class Mail.

For larger items, your package will be shipped via UPS Ground.

Delivery Time:

For USPS First Class Mail: your package should arrive at your domestic location within 3-5 business days. International delivery can take up to 4-8 weeks, depending on the location of your country and the customs offices of your country.

For UPS Ground Shipping: it can take 5-7 days for domestic shipments and up to 6 weeks for international shipments.

Checking the Delivery Status of Your Package:

Use your tracking number to check the delivery status of your package with your shipping providers (usps.com or ups.com).

In the event of an unexpected delay, use your tracking number and contact usps.com or ups.com with your questions and concerns.
